The room is located right beside the natural preserve Schönbuch. Near the Filderklinik, only 8 km away from Stuttgart airport and the Stuttgart Trade Fair, approx. 20 minutes drive away from Stuttgart city centre, Esslingen, Reutlingen, Tübingen and Böblingen - so in a very central location!

You can find us in Filderstadt-Plattenhardt in the residential area Lailensäcker, besides the Wasenplatz. To find us easily please use a route planner like google maps. There are public parking places near to our house.
For our guests arriving by public transport:
You can take the local train S-Bahnlinie S2 until terminal stop in Filderstadt. Then change to bus number 815 or 817 direction Filderstadt-Plattenhardt. Go by bus number 817 until terminal stop Lailensäcker, with bus number 815 get off at the stop Spitzäcker.

Of course you can also have breakfast, if you like. We charge 19 € per person and night for our rich breakfast.

Breakfast times are Mo - Fr 7 to 9 a.m. Weekend and holidays 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors.
